[Adam didn't usually have this effect on people--but he didn't have much to compare to. The way Ronan looked at him nearly made him melt. He wanted to just hold him, maybe cradle his head in his lap, just- being close, together.
He wasn't quite sure what Ronan was asking- he didn't want to make assumptions and Ronan had said he wanted to take things slowly. The two of them had never been very good at slow, though.
